This is a special video. Interviews with many perfomers, event organizers, media people and attendees set against footage of the original Woodstock festival provide a deeper understanding of the event in 1969. The stories and reflections offer new insights not just about the concert, but the role it played in the culture of the 1960's and it's enduring impact on our society today. A lot of work went into this one, which aired to coincide with the "Woodstock '94" event.
